Text: Gal 5:16-22
Memory Verse: Romans 8:1 “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit”
The fruit of the Holy Spirit is the express manifestation of God’s presence and character through a believer’s life. When you manifest the fruit or fruits of the Spirit, you exhibit the very life of God…the God kind of life and faith! No wonder the scripture says “by their fruits you shall know them”
The fruit you manifest as a child of God determines who is present in your life each time.
Are you walking in the flesh or in the Spirit? Make up your mind today to walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
Depend on the Spirit’s enablement to walk in grace and wisdom.
PRAYER: LORD, I receive an emboldened mind and a courageous heart to walk in the Spirit. Let the Spirit of truth overwhelm me in Jesus name. Amen
