Memory Verse: Proverbs 4:23 – “Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life”.
A man narrated his story online about how his father used to pester him at home about tidying up, not wasting water nor electricity, returning stuff to their places and paying attention to detail. He felt his father was disturbing him.
One day, he attended a job interview. At the venue, the gate was left open, water flowed from the hose, the fan and lights were left on, yet, there was no one in those offices. He took care of everything as he was used to doing at home. He got the job, because those situations were planted as tests by the company, to see who would give attention to detail. He went home to thank his father.
God called Bezalel and Aholiab by name in our text to work on the furnishings of the Tabernacle because He knew they would do according to all that He commanded. James 2:10 admonishes us to not stumble in one point or we will be guilty of all. God requires we attend to 100% of His instructions.
Proverbs 22:29 says, “seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men”. Giving attention to detail is important.
