Topic: “THE CAUSELESS CURSE (2)”
Text: Numbers 23:7-8 KJV
Memory Verse: Numbers 23:8 “How shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed? Or how shall I defy, whom the LORD hath not defied?”
Balaam was hired by Balak to curse God’s people just because he was threatened by their existence and exploits. He knew by understanding that no one could ever curse the children of the Lord. There was no contention about it. No matter what mountain or valley, height or depth, that anyone has visited, nor words or thoughts that have been conjured to curse you, it is certain that it will fail.
By our conversion, by covenant and by consecration, we are blessed beyond all boundaries, as long as sin is not found within our walls! The truth is, there are those who feel that they can connive with the enemy to speak ill over us. They will have several reasons. However, we are already positioned with Christ, far above all principalities and powers, such that the enemy cannot reach us. We must understand this truth and underline it, never to underestimate it. It is too real to doubt. Allow no one to threaten your life as if you do not have a God. Our Redeemer is Mighty in the midst of us! There is therefore no divination or enchantment that can work against us, in any way!
PRAYER: Lord, I believe that No one has been authorized to pronounce a curse over me. At Calvary, all curses were crushed and all blessings became mine, Amen!
