Topic: “THE CURSE, A CHOICE!”
Text: Deuteronomy 11:26-28 NKJV
Memory Verse: Deut. 11:26 “Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse:
God has never left His children in the dark on any matter. Often, we pay so much attention to seeking God’s blessings, but we do not consciously run from causes of curses. The Lord graciously set the options before His children in our text for today. Here, our God presented to them, an opportunity to choose, whether to live a blessed life or a cursed life.
Whichever we choose is based on our obedience or disobedience to His word. This is how much God is merciful to mankind.
Beloved, which will you choose? He also shares the end result of each choice with the one who is about to choose. Everyone who chooses to obey God wholeheartedly will surely live, otherwise, death is certain. All men must choose by themselves. May we choose wisely.
PRAYER: Lord, I open my heart to You. Stir it up so I will be able to make the right choices at all times. I will not mess up the opportunity to enjoy your blessings over my life, Amen.
