Topic: CONFESSIONS OF FAITH OF THE NEW CREATION CONTINOUSLY UNTIL MANIFESTATION – CONDITIONS FOR EXPERIENCING GOD’S PRESENCE

Jesus’ bold and continual confession is the good example for us. We are what He made us to be. Confessions of Jesus were staggering against the status quo of the religious order of His days. Jesus confessed what He was; sense and knowledge could not understand it. We are to confess what we are in Christ. Men of the senses will not understand us.
To confess that you are redeemed, that your Redemption is an actual reality and that you are delivered out of Satan’s dominion and authority, would be a daring confession to make. To confess that you are an actual New Creation created in Christ Jesus, 2 Cor. 5:16-17, that you are a partaker of the very nature and life of His Deity would amaze your friends.
It is not confessing it once, but daily affirming your relationship to Him, confessing your righteousness, your ability to stand in His presence without the sense of guilt or inferiority. Dare to stand in the presence of sense knowledge and facts, that you are what God says you are!
For instance, sense knowledge declares that I am sick with an incurable illness. I confess that God laid that sickness on Jesus and that Satan has no right to put it on me; that by His stripes I am healed.” I am to hold fast to my confession in the face of apparent sense knowledge contradiction. Also in times of financial lack, lack of favour in the office, society and other areas that we experience lack or failures.
Sense knowledge says it is not true; that I am confessing an untruth. However, I am confessing what the Word of God says. You see there are two kinds of Truth: sense knowledge Truth and revelation knowledge Truth; they are usually opposed to each other. Our work on a daily basis is to believe the Word of God, confess it, stand on it and act on it.
It is our responsibility to confess the word of God in our situations. God will not confess for us, God is the performer of His Word.
Meditate and Apply: The power that is in me, is the Holy Spirit; and I know that He is greater than the forces in the sense realm. His Words confessed with our lips bring forth realties of the kingdom of God in our lives.
