Topic: The Light Shines in the Darkness
Text: John 1:4-5
Memory Verse: “John 1:4 “In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.”
In a world often clouded by uncertainty and darkness, Jesus stands as the unwavering light. His life illuminates our path to redemption, guiding us away from the shadows of sin. As we celebrate our redemption, we recognize that His light is not just a beacon, but also a presence that envelopes us, promising hope and a future. In Him, we find the strength to face even our darkest moments, knowing that darkness can never overcome His radiant presence.
It is this light that keeps us moving forward, in a nation where all hope seems lost. We know that in Him lies our salvation, in Him lies our deliverance from the captivity of every imaginable form of wickedness, corruption and temptations to sin. He is the light at the end of the tunnel. Let us all focus on that light and we shall surely overcome.
As your day progresses, look towards Jesus, the Light of God and allow that light to illuminate every doubt, encumbrance, temptation and everything that the enemy has designed to slow you down, so that you may prevail over all situations,
Prayer: Lord, help me to focus on you at all times and in all situations, never losing hope, but always trusting in your redemptive power, so that I will not sin against you, AMEN.
