Topic: Reflected Light, Shared Love
Text: Matthew 5:14 -16
Memory Verse: Mat 5:16 “In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
As believers, we are called to be like beacons of light in a world often full of darkness. Just as the moon reflects the sun’s light, we are to reflect the love and truth of Christ to those around us. Our lives should be lived in such a way that others are drawn to the light of Christ shining through us.
When we share God’s love through our actions and words, we not only brighten the lives of those we encounter, but also glorify God and fulfill our purpose as His children. Let us, therefore, strive to be reflections of God’s light, sharing His love with everyone we meet.
In celebrating our redemption, we must share the light we have received, allowing His presence to shine through our actions and words, illuminating the paths of others towards His redeeming love.
Will you show love to some people today, despite their “attitude and behavior”? Christ is waiting for you to reflect Him.
Prayer: Lord, may my lives be a reflection of Your light, illuminating the world with Your love. Guide me to share Your love boldly and selflessly each day, AMEN.
