SEPTEMBER 29: “BEARING GOD’S PRESENCE BY PURPOSE”

Nothing commits God to a man than finding and living by purpose. One becomes a round peg in the round hole for God to use and bless. God is entirely committed to a man who identifies with his purpose for life and productivity. “He giveth grace to the humble while he resists the proud”.  The noticeable thing when you find and identify with purpose is that God is obliged to channel towards you, everything you need without holding back. Listen to what ensued between Jesus and his disciples when he sent them on the gospel mission…Luke 22:35

“And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye anything? And they said, Nothing”. Wherever and whenever he gives the vision, he also goes ahead to make the provision available. His presence goes before you to make the crooked way straight and the rough places plain. God reveals his glory and publishes the word of his honour through willing and available vessels. Child of God, how ready are you for God? To find purpose, you need to ask him. Jeremiah 33:2-3 says,

“Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name; Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not”. Also. James 1:6 says, “But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed”.

My candid advice for you before you find God’s purpose is this…

Ecclesiastes 9:10; “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest”. May the LORD give you good understanding in all things in Jesus name.

PRAYER: LORD open my eyes to see wondrous thing out of thy law. You are my portion and the cup of my inheritance. Show me the path of life in Jesus name. Amen
