Topic: “THE BEST LIFE”
Text: JOHN 10:10, PS. 103:17
Memory Verse: “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” – John 10:10.
Life is good. Life lived ‘in Christ’, is better still. We know God’s plans for us are good, if only we can align ourselves to His will and purpose. This, we do daily, with the help of the Holy Spirit. Our lives will never be trouble free, but we will experience life’s joys often.
There will be the days when babies are born to our children, or to us, or our loved ones, days when we wed or take on a new, exciting job. There will be graduations, professional achievements, birthdays and many significant milestones. We should be grateful for them all. Life is worth living because God’s Presence is in our lives. The fact that we have One that we can run to in the sun and in the rain, One who claims us as His own, is truly love without words.
Beloved, what is your testimony? How has God shown up for you? Has he been a Deliverer in trouble, a Healer in sickness, a Friend in lonely times? Yes. Our God has ordered blessings on us, that leave us dumbfounded, when we least expect it.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, let us forever be recipients of your loving kindness. Visit our homes and our lives with your mercy, to cause miracles in our midst. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
